Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Latvia and other EU countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

3. Delivery Times and Costs

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as DPD, Omniva, Venipak, and Unisend. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Perishable and Food Products

As we sell food products, we take extra care with packaging to ensure items arrive in good condition. However, we recommend being available to receive your order promptly, especially for temperature-sensitive items. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by delays outside our control (e.g., customs, carrier delays).

7. Customs and Import Duties (Non-EU)

For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

8. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the carrier may leave the parcel at a pickup point. Additional redelivery fees may apply. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at oishii.asianmart@gmail.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
