4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Latvia and to selected EU countries. Delivery times and shipping costs are specified in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss and ownership of goods pass to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us without undue delay.

5. Refund Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed items unless required by law.
